Soup Kitchen - Thursday, November 20
There are many different ways to be part of this vibrant ministry. Preparations begin at St. Elisabeth's and the meal is served at First United Methodist Church in Evanston. For further details or to volunteer, please contact the parish office.
Advent Wreath Making - Sunday, November 30 at 11:15 AM. Come one, come all to kick-off Advent by creating your own Advent Wreath with family and friends at St. Elisabeth's of all ages.
Sunday School St. Nicholas Party - Sunday, December 7 at 4:00 PM. Children ages 0-8 are invited to attend this party that will include meeting St. Nicholas and learning about his life during a fireside chat, dinner, a craft project, and some other surprises too!
Advent Lessons & Carols will be offered at the 10 AM service on Sunday, December 21. A St. Elisabeth's tradition, following the service will be a Festive Coffee Hour hosted by The Vestry.
Bicycle to
Church
During pleasant seasons (or anytime) remember that riding your bike to church is always an option. Our bike rack is available on the north (Hawthorn) side of the church, and cycling clothes are certainly welcome in our pews.
The parish newsletter, The Voice, is produced monthly, except during the summer, June-August, for which there is one issue.
